The Embassy of Pakistan in Baku invites sealed bids from reputable companies to provide daily cleaning services for its Chancery Building and the Information & Commerce Wings.

Eligibility Criteria:

Registered with relevant local authorities and compliant with applicable laws.

Proven experience in providing quality-cleaning services to Embassies or similar organizations.

Adequate financial capability and well-trained personnel.

Equipped with the necessary cleaning equipment.

Availability of Bidding Documents: Documents can be obtained from the Embassy during office hours from 20-27 August 2026.

Submission Deadline: Sealed bids must be submitted by 1100 hrs on 16 September 2026.

Bid Opening: Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives at the Embassy, on 16 September 2026 at 1130 hours.

Contract Award:

The contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder following a thorough evaluation of the bids.

Note: The Embassy reserves the right to reject or accept bids in accordance with PPRA rules (33).
